A Story of Faith, Hope, and a Dream Yet to Be Completed

A Story of Faith, Hope, and a Dream Yet to Be Completed

For over 30 years, the faithful members of Megogo SDA Church, located in Kitutu Chache, have gathered every Sabbath to worship God in a humble mud-walled church. Through sunshine and rain, seasons of joy and hardship, they have remained steadfast in their faith, believing that one day they would have a permanent sanctuary worthy of the God they serve.

Generations have worshipped within those simple walls. Children have grown into adults, families have been nurtured in faith, and countless prayers have ascended to heaven from this modest place. Yet, despite three decades of unwavering commitment, the dream of a permanent church remained out of reach.

Recently, hope was rekindled through the leadership and vision of their District Pastor, Pr. Jabesh Nyang'ondi. Under his guidance, the congregation organized a successful fundraising initiative that enabled them to begin constructing a permanent church building. Brick by brick, the dream that had lived in their hearts for so many years started becoming a reality.

Today, however, the project has reached a critical stage.

The walls stand tall as a testimony of God's faithfulness and the generosity of those who have already contributed. Sadly, construction has come to a halt because the

church lacks the funds needed to install the roof and complete the remaining finishing works. Without a roof, the building remains exposed to the elements, delaying the day when the congregation can finally worship in a safe, dignified, and comfortable sanctuary.

This is where you can become part of their story.

Every contribution—large or small—is a seed planted in God's vineyard. Your support will help provide a permanent place of worship where children will learn about Christ, families will gather in prayer, lives will be transformed, and future generations will experience God's love for decades to come.

We humbly appeal to individuals, families, churches, organizations, and all well-wishers to join hands with Megogo SDA Church in completing this noble project. Together, we can raise the roof, finish the building, and dedicate this sanctuary to the glory of God.

As Scripture reminds us:

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." — Galatians 6:9

Your kindness today will leave a lasting legacy of faith tomorrow.

Please stand with Megogo SDA Church. Help us complete God's house. Together, we can turn a 30-year dream into a lasting testimony of God's faithfulness.

May God richly bless every cheerful giver.
