A Story of Faith, Hope, and a Dream Yet to Be Completed

For over 30 years, the faithful members of Megogo SDA Church, located in Kitutu Chache, have gathered every Sabbath to worship God in a humble mud-walled church. Through sunshine and rain, seasons of joy and hardship, they have remained steadfast in their faith, believing that one day they would have a permanent sanctuary worthy of the God they serve.

Generations have worshipped within those simple walls. Children have grown into adults, families have been nurtured in faith, and countless prayers have ascended to heaven from this modest place. Yet, despite three decades of unwavering commitment, the dream of a permanent church remained out of reach.

Recently, hope was rekindled through the leadership and vision of their District Pastor, Pr. Jabesh Nyang'ondi. Under his guidance, the congregation organized a successful fundraising initiative that enabled them to begin constructing a permanent church building. Brick by brick, the dream that had lived in their hearts for so many years started becoming a reality.

Today, however, the project has reached a critical stage.
