Dr. Gladys Kerubo Kebaso comes from Nyamira County, Kenya. She is the second born in a family of ten. She attended Kiamabundu Primary School and later joined Riondong'a secondary school. Further, she joined Spicer Memorial Collenge, India, and graduated with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Religious Philosophy and Mass and Communication. She proceeded to Andrews University and graduated with a Master’s degree in Theology. In 2023, she graduated with a PhD. degree in Religion from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.
Dr. Gladys began her pastoral work in 2006 as a missionary volunteer in Australia. Later, she served as a school chaplain at Omobera Schools, Magena High School, and Eronge SDA Boarding Primary School. Further, she worked at Mabariri and Nyakeore pastoral districts, respectively.
In the year 2021, she was elected at Nyamira West Field as the Director for Women ministries, children's ministries, and the publishing department.
Currently, she is the Women's Ministries and Children's Ministries in Nyamira West Field.
She has authored a number of articles majorly addressing the involvement of youth in the SDA Church. Along with other colleague pastors, she teaches the sabbath school lesson on radio Kisima 89.7 FM.
