Pr. John Momanyi Saota - Stewardship, Church Development, Camp Meeting Coordination, and ASI Director

Pr. John Saota is an ordained minister of the gospel. He began his education at Etono Primary School and later attended Bonyunyu Secondary School. He pursued higher education at Spicer Memorial College, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Religious Philosophy.

Before entering full-time pastoral ministry, Pr. Saota served as a librarian at Tombe Girls High School from 1986 to 1996. He officially joined pastoral ministry in 2001 as a district pastor and has since served in the Menyenya, Keginga, Magwagwa, and Kemera pastoral districts within the Nyamira Conference.

In 2021, he was called to serve in the newly organized Nyamira West Field as the Director of Stewardship, Church Development, and Possibility Ministries. In 2025, he was re-elected to serve as Director of Stewardship, Church Development, Camp Meeting Coordination, and ASI departments of the Nyamira West Field.

Pr. Saota is married to Ruth Kwamboka, and together they are blessed with four children: Mishael Kibagendi, Joshua Ocharo, Caleb Nyatwanga, and Abigail Deborah.
